Our revolutionary concept revolves around creating fresh gelato on demand using liquid nitrogen, providing our customers with a unique and captivating experience.
At NitroGelato, we combine the magic of gastronomy with science, crafting gelato to order using liquid nitrogen. Each serving of gelato becomes a masterpiece of flavor and texture, as the instant freezing preserves the quality and natural flavors of the ingredients. From classics to bold creations, we are committed to delivering flavors that awaken the senses and create unforgettable moments.
Our product is creamier and smoother in texture than ice cream, Nitrogen Gelato is made using Liquid Nitrogen freezing the mix in less than 1 min at -321 °F. The liquid nitrogen is filled into the mixer bowl while is mixing the base with the flavors, this technique makes less air into the mix as it is rapidly being frozen. The final product is dense, smooth and creamy.
We love our customers, so feel free to visit during normal business hours.

Yes, it's safe. The purpose of nitrogen in food is to rapidly freeze it due to its low temperature.
Just like with hot oil or boiling water, liquid nitrogen can be dangerous if not handled carefully. However, with proper precautions, its use is safe.
If liquid nitrogen spills, it will rapidly evaporate into the air due to its extremely low temperature. It won't leave any residues and won't pose a lasting danger.
Misinformation or lack of accurate information can make people skeptical about liquid nitrogen. It's important to understand that when handled correctly, it's safe and has been used in the food industry for years.
Apart from ice cream, liquid nitrogen is used in molecular gastronomy to create unique textures in dishes and beverages. With proper handling, it can be safely incorporated into various culinary preparations.
